Since we launched our project in May 2011, we have received a lot of feedback, and we are moving toward a revised and improved concept plan. We are currnetly in discussions with major national retail tenants as well as local retailers and pad site users. We are also reaching out to residential home builders and other co-development partners. Our new plan responds to the input we have received in the last few months, and we are excited about the progress we have made.
Our new Master Plan is oriented around the feature Lake Victor Community Park in the center of the site, and includes a Neighborhood Retail Village on the North side of the lake with restaurant and office opportunities lakeside. We envision a mix of local and national tenants along our main East/West drive - 21st Street, and major national retailers at the western quadrant of the site along the 275 interchange. Our housing product is looking towards an affordable housing mix that will offer homes ranging from 1,500 sf to 2,700 sf, bringing a new range of housing opportunities to the market.
